Instructions:

Take your pouch out of the fridge and heat the breastmilk inside directly in a bottle warmer, please be sure to open the cap.  Clean after use, using a regular baby bottle brush to scrub inside your milk storage bag. High temperature clean is doable s well:  the silicone bag can be cleaned by boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
