ECO BABY PLANET SHIPPING POLICY
We work hard to send out all orders within 48 hours of purchase and delivery time will take between 2 – 10 days depending on location. Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia and we also use Amazon warehouse to fullfill some of our orders faster when possible.
Domestic postage (Australia)
Orders under $95:
- We happily subsidise shipping for our customers by offering a AU$9.50 flat rate on standard shipping Australia-wide.
- If you need Express postage, the option is available for $6.00 Express Post upgrade.
Orders over $95:
- We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders over AU$95. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- $8.50 Express Post upgrade
"Rush My Order" option:
For or an extra $10: skip the queue and get first in the line. Your order will be prepped up as a priority and sent to you on the very next working day by Express.
International postage
Postage outside of Australia is based on AusPost’s International Parcel Post service and includes tracking. The cost is calculated at checkout based on the country.
If your country or your address is not found by our system, please contact us and we'll price and organise your shipping.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location.
Please allow 20 working days (from receipt of order dispatch confirmation) for your item to be delivered. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us and we will follow up.
Some countries may charge a customs or tariff fee that is not included in the shipping cost. Eco Baby Planet is not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.
Incorrectly addressed & returned parcels
If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange.
Orders in that case are NOT refundable, sorry.
